Hire South was officially established in 2022 by Jared Andreasson (from the US) and Sol Dieguez (from Argentina). The business was created to help North American firms and Latin American talent identify shared opportunities for accelerated growth. Thanks to this unique, international combination of first-hand local market knowledge and deep US B2B experience, Hire South is able to secure long-term, cost-efficient talent placements in as little as 15 days.
Why did we start a staffing agency?
Put it shortly: we want to help great companies and great candidates find each other. We didn't start Hire South in 2022 because we saw a market trend on a spreadsheet. We founded it because the LATAM staffing industry had untapped potential for incredible talent/client partnerships, and we had the insider experience to make it a reality.
How is Hire South different from the other 50 vendors doing this?
Most vendors you can hire LATAM talent with were founded by outsiders who saw nearshoring as a convenient market trend and decided to jump in late in the game. Because of this, a lot of them are missing out on the region’s true potential. Hire South has the exact opposite origin story.
Sol was born, raised, and is still located in Argentina, where she spent years navigating the remote job market as a candidate.
