Corporate Eligibility: Services on HireSouth.com are intended strictly for legal business entities and authorizedcorporate representatives.
Accuracy of Information: Clients must provide accurate business credentials, job descriptions, and compensationterms.
Non-Circumvention: Clients agree not to directly hire, contract, or solicit introduced Talent outside of Hire South’splatform without express written authorization and settlement of agreed placement fees.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, text, trademarks, website design, and candidate sourcing methodologies on HireSouth.com remain theexclusive intellectual property of Hire South. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or distribution is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Hire South facilitates connections and conducts candidate screening, but does not guarantee specific work outcomes orlong-term operational performance. Hire South is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resultingfrom employment or contractor engagements executed through the platform.

Talent Information: Professional resumes, work history, skill assessments, contact details, and verificationdocuments.
Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and system logs collected automatically via essential cookies forsecurity and site performance.

2. Purpose & Use of Data

We process personal and corporate data solely to:
Match North American Clients with suitable Latin American Talent.
Execute service agreements, payments, and invoices.
Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with international legal obligations.

3. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Operating as a cross-border B2B service involves transferring data between North America and Latin Americanjurisdictions. By accessing HireSouth.com, you consent to the cross-border processing and storage of data underindustry-standard security protocols.
